Harita Fehrer Limited

Harita Fehrer Ltd (HFRL) commenced its operations in January 2010. HFRL specializes in manufacturing of Polyurethane (PU) foam pads, two/three- wheeler seats, PU composites, MCU and interior modules for automobiles. HFRL was the first company install light weighting solution technology of Long Fiber Injection with in-mould painted parts. Since inception Harita Fehrer has evolved as a complete solution provider in all its product applications.

HFRL has 3 manufacturing plants in India namely in Ranjangaon, Mysore and Chennai.

HFRL become subsidiary of Uno Minda Ltd pursuant to merger of erstwhile Harita Seating Systems Ltd with Uno Minda Ltd (effective from 01st April 2021). In March 2022, Uno Minda Ltd also acquired remaining stake in HFRL from F.S. Fehrer Automotive GmbH. Currently Uno Minda Ltd holds 100% stake in HFRL. The Board of Directors of Uno Minda Ltd approved the scheme of arrangement among HFRL and Minda Storage Batteries Private Limited with Uno Minda Ltd on 24th May 2022. The various necessary approvals from authorities and NCLT for the scheme are in process.
