Incorporated in May 2012, Minda D-Ten India Private Limited (Formerly known as Minda F-Ten Pvt. Ltd.) & Denso Ten Minda India Private Limited (Formerly known as Fujitsu Ten Minda India Pvt. Ltd.) are joint ventures between Uno Minda and Denso Ten Japan (Formerly known as Fujitsu Ten Ltd., Japan).

Denso Ten Limited (Formerly known as Fujitsu Ten Limited) was founded in the year 1972, headquartered at Kobe, Japan. It is the leading manufacturer of Car Infotainment Products such as audio systems, multi media, AVN’s, speakers, and antenna amplifiers etc. Major USP being AVN’s across the globe; Denso Ten has many patented technologies and is world’s first in bringing many new technologies in above fields.

JV Company has created the strong local production base to offer cutting edge technologies based upon the intensive research in the field of Car Infotainment System catering to major Indian OEM’s. The JV Company has first ever integrated design, development and localized manufacturing plant of car infotainment systems with products like audio visual navigation (AVN), display audio, CD tuner, rear view camera, speakers and antenna amplifier.

Company operates from its state of art facility at Bawal, District Rewari (Haryana, India); production started from July’2013 to cater growing Indian market.
