Uno Minda recently, we observed Production Planning & Control (PPC) Month across our plants nationwide, reinforcing best practices and strengthening our manufacturing ecosystem.

This initiative focused on key plant-level advancements, including: - PPC Maturity Enhancement - FIFO Adherence for Streamlined Operations - GEMBA Workshops & Visits on PPC workflows, capacity planning, SAP integration, MRP execution, DWM, and FIFO management

A highlight of the campaign was the SAP Championships, where team members showcased their expertise through quiz programs, celebrating their knowledge and skill in SAP-driven manufacturing processes.
